1 Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to the na77 platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between na77 and its users. By accessing this website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use na77's services:

• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming or betting is completely prohibited.
• You must be a real, active individual — opening an account in the name of a corporate entity is not permitted.

3 Account Registration & Security

Providing accurate and complete information is mandatory when creating an account on na77. Registering with false or incomplete information may result in the account being closed at any time.

3.1 One Person, One Account

Each individual may create only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts — regardless of whether the same IP address, device, or identity document is used — all accounts may be closed and all balances forfeited.

3.2 Password & Access

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

na77 may conduct identity verification at any time to prevent fraud and ensure platform security. A copy of a national ID card, passport, or driving licence may be requested. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, account activity may be restricted.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on na77 are fully safe and secure. We support only the following mobile banking methods:

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Before approving a withdrawal request, na77 will confirm whether the wagering requirements of any active bonus have been met. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used to deposit funds into the account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive up to a 200% bonus of ৳8,000 on their first deposit. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳10,000 earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳18,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply only to the bonus amount, not to the deposit amount. A 20x wagering requirement must be met on the bonus amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 in bets must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Using multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other strategy to abuse bonus offers will result in the bonus and associated winnings being cancelled, and the account may be closed.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all games and betting activities on na77:

6.1 Bet Validity

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless na77 decides to do so due to a technical error. If a technical error occurs during a game, all bets for that round will be considered void and the bet amounts will be refunded.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. If an event on which a bet has been accepted is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded. na77 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits on specific events or markets at any time.

6.3 Casino Games

Casino games are operated by third-party software providers — such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. Fairness in these games is ensured through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the na77 platform:

• Attempting to earn money through illegal or fraudulent means.

• Using the platform for money laundering or financial crimes.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where applicable.

8 Account Closure or Suspension

na77 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close or suspend any account at any time, for any reason — particularly in cases of violation of these Terms — without prior notice.

8.1 Closure at User's Request

A member who wishes to voluntarily close their account may contact [email protected] or submit a request via live chat. All outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled before the account is closed, and any remaining valid balance will be withdrawable.

8.2 Reactivation After Suspension

If an account is suspended for technical or verification-related reasons, it may be reactivated after the required information is provided. However, an account permanently closed due to a rule violation will not be reactivated.
